About the Owner

My name is John Powers, and I started getting into photography when I was a freshman in college. Over the years I have been fortunate enough to shoot a wide variety of photos for people and businesses in the state of Virginia. Most of the work that I have done has consisted of pets, wildlife, portraits, engagements, families, couples, and children.

I genuinely enjoy the excitement that a photoshoot brings, and I take pride in my work and knowing that my clients are as comfortable and happy as possible. Taking that extra care has blessed me with the opportunity to be a part of some truly incredible moments that I will cherish forever, and it is such an awesome experience to be able to provide the final product to my clients and have them be pleased with the results.

My goal as an up and coming photographer is to bless and inspire people to love one another as much as I love being the one behind the camera.
